Rather than investing in table settings that may only be used once, our rent-and-return model allows you to borrow beautifully coordinated linens, tableware, and décor—each piece carefully selected to bring sophistication and charm to your gathering. Each Tablescape kit includes:

Rental Process & Policies

1️⃣ Browse Our Lookbook – Select your favorite tablescape design.
2️⃣ Submit an Inquiry – Tell us about your event (date, location, guest count, service preference).3️⃣ Meet-Our team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your event and set up an appointment to come in and view your selection set-up at the studio. There we’ll also confirm your choices and photograph it for your reference and styling guide.
4️⃣Confirm Date & Hold with 50% Deposit
5️⃣ Pick-up & Set Up – Your kit will be ready two days before your event, complete with instructions and styling tips.
6️⃣Return with Ease – After the event, simply rinse off any food residue and repack everything for return within 24 hours.

Yes! You can choose from the following service options:
✔ Pick-up/Drop-off – You collect and return your tablescape kit to our Rocky River studio.
✔ Delivery/Pick-up – We deliver your tablescape and pick it up post-event.
✔ Full Set-up Service – Our team will style the tablescape on-site for a seamless, picture-perfect setup.

Absolutely! You can schedule a visit to The Cottage, our Rocky River studio, where you can view our tablescape options, mix and match elements, and collaborate on your final selection.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons and holidays. However, last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.
Pricing & Payment

Pricing varies depending on the tablescape selection, guest count, and service level.
We provide full dinner party tablescapes starting at 4 place settings minimum and max 16.
The range is between $35-$50 per place setting for our curated kits.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your rental and save the date of your event for staffing and inventory

Care & Return Process

No need to wash! Here’s how to prepare your items for return:
Linens: Please do not rinse or wash the linens. If there are any stains, use the included stain stick to pretreat them, then simply place the linens in the provided bag. We’ll handle the specialized laundering—many of our linens require specific care.
Dishes, Stemware & Flatware: Give these a quick rinse to remove any food residue, then pack them back into the same packaging they arrived in.
We take care of all professional cleaning and sanitizing, so you can enjoy your event without the hassle!

Rentals must be returned within 24 hours after your event, unless otherwise arranged.

We kindly ask that you handle every piece with care, as if it were your own fine china. These are not your typical caterer dishes—they’re special, curated items meant to elevate your gatherings, much like the best dishes you’d use for your most cherished occasions.
Handle with Thoughtfulness: Treat each item as if you’ve borrowed it from a dear friend. Many pieces in our collections are unique and not easily replaced, as they’re sourced from limited or seasonal selections.
Accidents Happen: While minor wear is expected, if an item is lost, stained beyond repair, or broken, a replacement fee will be charged based on the item’s value.
